Light and very useful

For years I have used a crazy creek camping seat to glass for Coues deer. This puts you flat on the ground most of the time and can make glass up from flats uncomfortable. My father carried a heavy folding stool last year and I tried glassing off of it. It made it much more comfortable and I felt like I I had a better view of the world so I started looking for a light weight version. I found the BTR and haven't looked back. My Adult on set hunter daughter even used it behind a tripod to shoot her first Coues buck in 2020.

Lightweight/Compact & Comfortable

Pros: lightweight, well made, compact, like the 17” better than the 14” model (5’11” tall Coues Hunter), seat material is comfortable, feet are holding up better than most other collapsible seats used in the past.
Cons: leg extension locking mechanism has the potential to fail because of the moving parts. It’s all give and take.........so far, nice seat for glassing and keeps the cholla at bay.
