Tasty and VERY Filling

Great flavor and texture!
You can see the eggs, potatoes, and peppers.
Very packable.
Didn't feel bloated or bogged down.
Caution, this is a lot of food, due to the eggs and potatoes. Most of the time, guys in our camp could only eat half the bag, so if you can share, this is the meal to share.

I Love peak refuel but not this meal

This is the only peak refuel I've had of 6 or 7 flavors that I didn't like. The flavor was ok but it was way too much food for a quick breakfast once cooked and had a small amount of protein and way too much sodium. And the 2 cup water recommendation for cooking made it basically soup. I love my peak refuel meals but this is one I wont be getting for my next trip.

High quality!

Best backpacking food on the market.

Tasty choice

Good enough to eat at home! Truly a double portion, so you may want to separate it into two servings before throwing in your pack.

Really would give 3.5 rating, 3 is too harsh but not quite a 4.

Peak meals have great flavor but, they seem to have a tough time fully re hydrating! I'm not sure if they need to update the cook instructions or if there if they still just need to come along way in their products. Have had this issue on a few different trips now. Will likely go back to mountain house or backpackers pantry as go to meals.
