BreakdownThe Piranta-Edge knife has been a classic field knife for backpack hunters. This knife makes skinning and field dressing a breeze and features the thicker and stronger #60A replaceable blade. The Piranta-Edge is extremely lightweight and the folding nature makes this knife fit in any kill kit.
The package includes 12 additional stainless steel #60A blades. Each blade is 2-3/4 inches long. The handle features a rugged ABS blaze orange handle with a black rubber grip insert. The overall length of the knife is 7-1/4 inches with ambidextrous thumb studs. The open-back design makes for easy cleaning. The Piranta-Edge features a removable holster clip and a nylon holster that is also included which will conveniently hold all the extra blades.
With this knife I quartered out my bucks faster than ever! I was able to make precise fast cuts to get the hide from the meat and beat from the bone. I highly recommend this knife!
This Knife helped me harvest my first ever archery buck. The process was quick and easy with this replaceable blade knife. Cut through hide with ease and was great for making those precise cuts. I have no complaints about this knife and hope to use it on a big bull elk next season.
